Make use of your kitchen drawers! If you have some spaces in
your kitchen drawers, you can manage them into several partitions in
proportional size, like small size for your cutlery; spoons, forks, plates,
bowl. Separate and order them well based on their kind: tablespoons, teaspoons,
forks, knifes, etc. Placed your plates
and bowls in other and larger drawer and group them based on their size. You can
also put the biggest in a very bottom and smallest in very top. Remember to put
them in order, so you can easily see and grab them.
Not only for your cutlery, kitchen drawer can be used also
to keep your ingredients. You can put and arrange your spices with a little
help of a buffer. Place your spices into small bottle, and put the buffer to
your kitchen drawer as it could lift and turn your bottles of spices in such 45o
position. This position is not only makes those bottles looked well-ordered
and easy to recognize (readable bottle labels) but also to prevent mess up-spilled-spices
if the bottle cap accidently opened.
For your other ingredients such flours, breads, even some
vegetables that is not so easy to get rotten like potatoes and onions, they
also can be placed inside your kitchen drawers. You can use some special bowl
or jars to keep your flour and sugar. You can also use fruit baskets to keep
your vegetables. If you have more time or more money, you can turn the interior
of your kitchen drawer into beautiful glasses cabinets for your breads or other
ready-to-eat foods. Or just use some jars if you’re too lazy to re-design your
drawer lol
Last but not least, if you find one super small kitchen
drawer, you can also set it into a useful drawer by turning it into your
cleaning keeper, like you can put some sponges or rags for cleaning your
kitchen.
Once you set your kitchen tidy, trust me you’ll find
everything faster and easier.
