Easy Brownie

So, few days ago I found a very simple brownie recipe from a video on youtube (Chow) then I made it directly because the ingredients are so easy to get and the cooking appliances are so simple also. The taste is amazingly delicious and you can add more topping like ice cream or butter cream that would make your brownie more delicious or also you can eat it with milk.

Ingredients:
-  170gr bittersweet chocolate / dark chocolate
-  1 stick unsalted butter (about 8 tablespoons)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (about 125gr)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of flour (about 125gr)

Steps:
1. prepare a square baking metal pan (8 inch or 20 cm) and cover the inside with aluminum foil. Heat the oven about 1800 Celsius
2. add chocolate and butter together in a pan, cook with low heat, stir frequently until melt and smooth. After the chocolate and butter melt well, remove from the heat and wait until a bit cool. It’s about 5min
3. take a quite big bowl, add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and salt and mix them well. Then, add the melted chocolate and stir until they’re well combined.
4. add the flour and stir until there’s no white flour seen. Don’t stir too much (about 20 stokes)
5. pour to the prepared pan and push to all side of the edges. Bake it for about 25 minutes. To make sure that it cooked well, put a tiny stick and insert to the cake and if there’s no dough in the stick, then it’s done.
6. remove from the oven and wait for 20 minutes. You can lift the brownie with the aluminum foil together. Then, cut into 16 pieces.
