Eggs Ball with minced fish

This time I want to share a delicious food that really easy to make with easy ingredients also. You can do it yourself for lunch or dinner or just for snacks. I made it only need about 30min and the taste is so lovely. So here we go


Ingredients:
5 boiled eggs, peel the skin
100gr minced fish (mackerel better)
2tbsp of celery (cut to small pieces)
1tbsp sago flour (or just flour)


Cover dough:
50gr flour
1 egg
½ tsp salt
100ml water


Spices:
garlic
coriander
pepper
salt

How to make:
1. cut boiled eggs into two parts. Take the yolk and mash it.
2. blend the spices
3. add and mix minced fish, sago flour, celery, yolk, and spices. Blend them well.
4. add the mixed ingredients above into the boiled eggs that already have a hole.
5. Mix the flour, salt, eggs and water as the cover of eggs.
6. heat cooking oil, dip the eggs -with the minced fish stuff inside- to cover dough. Fry them until well done brownie. Drain well.
7. serve with ketchup while hot.
